There are three types of Information Request Form:
1. General Information Request Form for ecological consultants and members of the public. If you require distribution maps and wildlife data to fulfill your enquiry, complete this form. If you have a question that does not require production of maps and data, contact the Wildlife Information Service through Got a Wildlife Question? Charges do not apply to members of the public.
2. Stakeholder Information Request Form. To be completed by organisations who hold a Service Level Agreement or Memorandum of Agreement with ERCCIS.
3. Research Information Request Form. If you are a student at university, college or sixth form and require information for your studies, complete the following form. Charges do not apply.
Completed forms can be posted or faxed to the Wildlife Information Service (WIS), or telephone WIS for further information and guidance on how to complete a form.
ERCCIS charges:
If a charge applies to your desk study, ERCCIS charges for the time it takes ERCCIS staff to complete the request. The charge is £50 per hour.
Please note that VAT rates have been lowered from 17.5% to 15%.
