Wildlife Recording Form

Complete the relevant wildlife recording form then submit your records electronically or post them to ERCCIS.

General wildlife recording form - for a mixture of species records.
Wildlife Recording Form

Wildlife site recording form - for use when you visit a specific area, for example, a nature reserve or a protected area, or you want to record what's in your own garden.
Wildlife Site Recording Form

Species group recording form - you may prefer to record one particular group of species, only moths, or only plants for example.

Complete your form then submit your records using the Electronic Recording Form.

ERCCIS prefers that you submit your records electronically. This minimises the time between receiving your records and making them available in the ERCCIS computer database where they can be used to help improve the understanding of the natural history of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly.
